Activesync Version in WM2003SE

I have a problem with synchronising with 2nd PC. I upgraded my machine with the WM2003SE ROM DCS provided. The synchronisation was fine with my PC at home, but the problem arose when I tried to synchronise the machine with my office PC.

The pop up windows says the version is incompatible. The Activesync version is 3.71 something.

Is there anyway to fix it? I did not upgrade my home PC.

I don't have bluetooth in my office PC. There is pup-up window in my mobile device asking for 'update activesync of your desktop PC'
