virgin gprs xda internet

i typed these settings into my xda and i managed to connect to virgin gprs but when i try to connect to msn messenger and internect explorer it says that "the service failed because the service could not be found. please make sure your connected to the internet" i have the special edition rom, version 3.17.03 with the 02 xda in enland

Name - Virgin WAP GPRS
Access Point - goto.virginmobile.uk
Username - user
Password - leave blank

ive searched the forum and have not virgin gprs xda internetfound the answer, im sorry if ive wasted ur time if this was answered elsware, if not i eagerly await your reply

thank you but im looking for the gprs settings for my xda not the wap settings. i manage to get a connection with my settings but i get the error above when i try to access the internet or msn mesenger please help
