silver shield mount?

anyone got a silver shield vehicle mount with built in speaker. would like to hear any opinions ie audio quality build quality etc. I'm worried it is actually meant for xdaii not iis as pdamod.com website has them on same selection

I can't speak for compatibility with the IIs. I have nevertheless has this mount for 6 months for the XDAII. The screen suction is secure and the hold is firm when you lean it against your dash. I have not got it to work with the built in speaker at all. Again, I can't speak for the XDA IIs. The charging facility works well. And finally their is loud background hum with the built in speaker when the phone is using gprs or making a phone call. It is a cool mount but not very clever.
