How to remove the comment message after installing new soft

How can remove the comment message (this program might not work proparly.... etc) every time I install new program in the imat jam?

any registry edit ??? :(

The message is generated by the os if the supported os version in the cab does not cover the current os (wich is WM2003SE).
Remedy: Change the supported os version in the cab (if youre sure the app works properly of course)
