Unlocking and changing ROM to english - please help

Hello,
I have the magician which I bought from Taiwan.
Unfortunatly, it is sim locked and its language is not English.
How can I unlock the device?
Also, how do I change the rom language? just flashing an English rom or should I do something special?

Flashing it with the English ROM will make it speak English.

Howevwer, that won't unlock it.

Ask the sellers from Taiwan to give you an Unlock code.
T-Mobile Netherlands sel the Locked MDA Compact. They give an unlock code for 110 Euros or thereabouts.

The Magician is relatively new, I don't know who makes the unlock tools but it seems like they're either not working on making one or they haven't made it yet.

In that sense, it'd be smart to wait for one to be released. My preference would be t return/sell the Netherlands version, buy a German one and flash it to whatever language you prefer.
