In my experience, including Krussell, these can break off and you lose your phone/pda.
The only case with a loop seems to be the tuff-as-nuts Nutsehll, but the case doesn't seem as user friendly (or am I wrong).
I've got a Proporta pouch, I guess I could put a proporta case in it but that doesn't seem very userfriendly either.
Maybe I'm just unlucky!
