Qtek S100: assistence & download

Hi,
I have purcheased my Qtek S100 on Expansys.it. It is selled as Italian product, but when I tried to register it on main italian distributor "Dangaard" they said that it wasn't a their registered product. So I was asking how will I get Italian ROM upgrade and what about product assitence?

HI there, here in Portugal, Qtek S100 will be supported by Mobility Solutions (http://www.mobilitysolutions.com.pt) it will be just link club imate, with the support and upgrades... you should find the company wich sell's more Qteks in Italy!maybe they can give you assistance

The official distributor, as I told is Dangaard and they wont give me assistence... :cry:
