I was doing an Update to my i-mate Jam using ma_cdlsku2_arb_10300_141_10100_ship.exe but something in the middle of the upgrade went wrong, the computer rebooted.
When the computer booted up I tried to update again I turned the i-mate (Qtek S100) up it wont boot completly. I get the blue Imate screen and at the bottom right corner I see in red
NO GSM
D 1.03.00 WWE
and it stops there, I tried to run the MaUpgradeUt.exe and I got Error 120 Country ID ERROR, then I tried QtekS100_FRA_DT_10302_157_10100_For_MDA_T_Mobile.e xe but nothing I get the same error.
I hard reset it and I get the USB written on the screen. I tried to run an upgrade but ma_cdlsku2_arb_10300_141_10100_ship.exe gives me error 101 connection problem and I tried QtekS100_FRA_DT_10302_157_10100_For_MDA_T_Mobile.e xe and get the Error 120 Country ID error.
Please help what to do ?

by the way, I baught this in Dubai, so I am no able to take it back to dealer to fix it. please help :?: :(
