Will Radio Rom 1.06.02 work on my XDAIIs in Australia

I purchased my XDAIIs in Australia.

This is my current Device Information
ROM Version 1.12.62 WWE
ROM Date 10.04/04
Radio Version 1.02.00
Protocol Version 1337.32
ExtRom Version 1.12.925

If I upgrade from 1.02.00 Radio Rom to 1.06.02 with the version you have will this work for my XDAIIs here in Australia or are there country specific Radio Rom versions???

Where can I download this from?

Are there any procedures I can follow?

I have the Asia version of the IIs which I upgraded to 1.06.2 Radio, no problem here :)

I also have upgraded the radio ROM with no problems.

I downloaded it from the FTP site for xda-developers.com

When I go to the FTP Site I'm asked for a User Name and Password to logon even though I have logged into XDA-Developers with my username and password.

Is there a separate user name and password to getonto the ftp site?

Does it have documentation on how to perform the radio ROM Upgrade?

I get prompted for a user name and password

I tried my xda-developers.com sign in but it doesn't work.

But when I try anonymous I now get IEUser@pbirkle.uow.edu.au in the sign on box but when I try to connect I just get the propmpt come up again.
