something wrong with my D-pad

hello i just recieved my XDA II and i love it except for one thing, the dpad doesnt work except fore the up button,anyone have anyideas whats wrong with it? :(

I'd send it back. When I got my first XDA2 from o2 they sent me a reconditioned unit and there was definitely something wrong with the D-Pad too.

Did your unit arrive in a fancy o2 box, or was it a white box with seemingly no instructions etc? That's what they did to mine, I made them send me out a new one and I wouldn't give the other back til they had.
