i think that back housing, battery cover are the same on MDA II and XDA II, right?

Actually, the whole housing fits the MDA2, i-MATE, 2020, and such since they are all Himalayas!

I remember seeing some place that sells them for about $50 U.S. Dollars but I cant find the link anymore... :(
