Difference in accesories,SIM free/Contract

Hi,
I'm considering whether to buy this phone SIM free or contract.
Reading posts I have seen differences in the accessories coming with the phone in each case.

And I have some questions, two batteries, does this come with the contract phone or only on the SIM free.

Same for memory cards, etc.

Can you guys with SIM free model and contract model let me know what came in the box with your phone?
