Upgrade Swiss Orange German to WWE

I have followed the instructions and getdevicedata.exe returns the following. What is the operator code from this string? The instructiones do not list Orange at all as a possible key. Can I upgrade this device?

I think your return data is infact longer than that.

You need to re-edit it it untill it looks like the one in the instructions
