I *Need* to buy your Unlocked XDA 2i. Please!

I have been desperately searching for an unlocked 2i. On ebay I found some in the UK but the seller doesn't want to sell internationally, and they're also not unlocked (though they say they will give a contact that can do it). And one person in the USA, but they have a feedback rating of 4 and I think they're scammers...

What am I going to do? I am so desperate... Doesn't someone have an unlocked 2i for sale??
