How to replace buid-in application ?

I have upgraded to the latest Belgian Rom for my Qtek 9090 and I have problem with sending MMS. I have the version 2.0.0.16 of MMS composer and I would like to go back to an earlier version as I had no problem before the rom upgrade.
Is it possible to remove the actual program or should I install an other (older) version without removing the actual one ?

This app should be being installed from your extended rom. So you should be able to delete it from your ExtRom and replace with an older version. Then perform a hard reset, to re-install everything.

Have a look in wiki.xda-developers.com under Blue Angel for some clues on how to do this.
