I have cooked your NZTelecom Harrier 1.29.118 WWE Ext Rom, you might want to look at it.
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_ERK_X_129118
I have renamed the file to stay with the current format and posted it back on the ftp site.
I have added it the Available Ext Roms page on wiki
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_ERK_Available_Ext_Roms
I have added the Harrier web update page to Available Upgrades in Wiki

Would you please upload your 1.35 Exteneded rom to:
ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/BlueAngel/Extended_Roms/New_ROMS
Would you please post the Windows version and build Number reported by your device.
I know that you have no WIFI on the harrier, however it would intrest me to see if your 1.35 build would support it. Can you please check if you can find the following under \Windows:
WirelessMgr.exe
WirelessMgr.exe.0409.mui
WLanMgr.exe
Stk.exe
And post your answer.
Thanks

I've downloaded it twice and still only comes to 22.9MBytes. WINRAR hates it. The executable won't unpack either.
I would like to get the HA01_141 radio to try on my XV6600. If anyone has a link to a good copy of this file... let me know.

I downloaded it from here:
http://www.telecom.co.nz/content/0%2C3900%2C202143-203139%2C00.html
Then I had to do a couple of modifications to get it to flash using the magician patched flasher.
However, although it worked correctly with the Sprint EV-DO PRL for voice calls, the data connection was hosed.
It has some sort of special Kiwi customization in it :). The #777 connection ends up with a password, even if I try to set it up from scratch (without running anything from extrom!). I remove the password and save the changes and then it comes back... it's obviously embedded in the HA01_141 radio ROM, and thus prevents my Sprint 6600 from connecting to #777.
The good news is that the Telstra and Verizon HA01_140 Radio_ roms do work for voice and data (although roaming isn't working).

The one mentioned at the top of this thread on the xda-developers ftp site. The one Dan mentioned works just fine. Someone with write capabilities should replace the one on the xda-developers ftp site...

You cannot upgrade the Sprint or Verizon 6600 model to WM5 or WM6 or higher. No one has yet to be able to do it. I've tried many times. You need to flash your device back with a Sprint PPC6600 ROM. The GSM ROMs are not compatible with your GSM device.
You should be able to depress the reset button with your stylus while pushing in the power and top button on left side all at the same time (a three handed job). This will put you in Serial mode (you'll see "Serial") faintly on a blanked out screen. Then you'll hook up your phone via usb cable to your computer. Then the "Serial" will change to "USB". Then you'll click on the ROM and flash it back to your Sprint PPC ROM.
There are some hacks you can do with your Sprint PPC 6600 which greatly improve its performance. There's some great Stereo Bluetooth drivers and lots of other stuff. You can unlock the extended ROM and customize the device quite nicely. You can even modify your device to work on Sprints EVDO Rev 0 network. You'll have to search this website and the Wiki to figure it all out.

@ Rambo6: Thanks for your respon.
But, I have no WM2003 ROM to flash it back. Or i can do hack my device with stereo bluetooth and unlock the extrom for flash it back?

You need to flash back to an original ROM. You need to find a ROM for an HTC Harrier (Audiovox/Verizon xv6600 or Sprint PPC6600). UT Starcom used to have these ROMs on their website. Last time I looked they were not there. I have one of these on a harddrive somewhere.
Do some web searches and you can probably find it somewhere.

You can find your rom here (http://harrier.atspace.com/), enjoy your newly revived harrier.
Note:And btw thank Xplode for that website he took the time to make it available to everyone.
