I need help on my IIs, anyone??

Dear all,

I'm a new user of PPC and wondering if there is any upgrade feature for o2 IIs to assign caller group ringtone. I realise that O2 mini is able to assign caller group ringtone but the IIs was not able to do so.

2nd issue is can anyone teach me how and where to get intellidialer and intellipad?

Is the any software out there to enable such feature?

can anyone guide me a step by step way to install?

Can you see the "Search" button on the upper left corner of this page? Press it and just enter "intellidialer" or "intellipad". For ringtone, search for "Caller ID".
