Thanks for that link. I agree it's a bit ugly, but does it really matter?

I read some things that Brodit would also develop a cradle ?
Can anyone confirm this is true ?

I don't think it's worth the money for a cradle with a MINI USB connector.
When will a charger for XDA Mini Battery avalible?

Hi there, I've done a review on this cradle from Bluehand.de :)
You can check it out at Pocketpt.net (http://www.pocketpt.net/forum/index.php?act=ST&f=42&t=3287&s=5a99491ad5e0f3bd35879ee5887e545f)
It's in Portuguese and English ;)

I saw a cradle for HTC Magician at expansys (they are giving it free if you purchase an i-mate & also available for purchase) however I don't think it has an extra slot for charging an extra battery. IMO, cradles w/o a slot for an extra battery are a waste of money.

Just look at the price  are you going to use a spare battery?
It may be nicer than Bluehand's cradle, but it's not perfect...

Only £12.95 and I needed a spare cable for work.
Be careful you don't force it down, as it might be possible to damage the connection.
It looks a little taller than my iPod 3g sitting side by side..

All those are rather expensive docking stations or cradles.
I found this one on ebay for only 12.95 Euro including power supply:

Does its job. You can even use it without pc as desktop charger.

Will any of these cradles take a jam encased in an aftermarket silicone cover?
I would hate to have to keep taking the phone out of the cover just to charge /sync!
codecode72
31st August 2005, 10:25 PM
I think that it's not possible. If u want to leave pda in silicon cover u can only use cable for synch/charge :(
