Can I use my motorola Razor car adapter on the magician?

Both are USB so it should be fine but I don't know.

Anyone?

The magicians original charger cable's USB plug is not wired like normal, that's why the MDA doesn't charge with other USB adapters.

If you take a look at the magician's USB plug, you can see 5 pins. On normal USB cables only 4 of those pins are used (+, ground, RX, TX), pin 4 is normaly empty (following the definition for such USB plugs) whereas on the MDAc's original charger cable pin 4 is connected to ground.

With this, the MDA checks if "his" charger is plugged in.
If nothing's on pin 4 then the MDAc won't start charging, that's why our little friend doesn't wanna charge with other USB chargers. :?
