Motorola HS801 with O2 Xda IIs

I have no problem pairing the HS801 with my Xda and the incoming audio is loud and clear. However, in most case the outgoing audio signal is full of static noise and in 1 out of 2 cases the other party can not hear anything but noise (despite me hearing them clearly). Anybody with a similar experience and a possible fix?

I have a Motorola HS810 with my Blue Angel and out bound voice signal is excellent.

If anyting its the other way round on mine.
Of the 4 headsets I tried HS810 had the best outbound signal quality and poor in bound (too quiet, static and echo).

It is possible that your HS810 is faulty.

Thanks for your feedback. Regretfully my headset is not the 810 but the 801. I send it to the Motorola Service Center and they are testing it currently. Tested my phone with another headset model and it seems to work fine.

I also bought an 801 for my M2000, and have had the same problems with my outgoing sound being inaudable. Took it back and got it switched for another one, and seem to have the same problem.

Any update on your investigations thowin?
