You can try the finger clix (http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=10595) ...I have bought this one and it makes calling with one hand very easy....you can try also the Mobidial (http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=5606)...or a freeware keyboard with big number dials... D9 (http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=8181).
