HOW TO UNLOCK SIM

Hi,
I have recently became a new SX 56. After I insert the SIM card, and the PIN code, I receive the message: "PLEASE INSERT THE SID CODE- UNLOCK SIM"
PLEASE HELP

I have the same phone with the same problem. Have tried xdaunlock with no luck. Keep getting error. Tried to download new rom, get a usb/serial message. Still NO luck.

Can anyone help????
