MDA Compact video capture issue

hi all the problem i have is with video capture. it captures video at a slower rate then audio so when it's played back the sound is out of sync. does anyone else have this problem? any help?
T-Mobile said to exchange it which i did twice. but the problem's still there

my video capture is total crap, i get lines and shifting images and everything when i move while filming, but no problems with the audio.

Same here! What's the problem with the shifting images???? it's a real pain!

I get the same thing! I guess we wait for a fix. Well I wasn't really expecting much from a 1.3MP cam on a mobile device in the first place but the camera really sucks! they should have left it out and place more RAM and maybe wifi instead (but this is just my opinion).
