Hi

Is anyone using this headset ? I just paired the Jabra BT800 with my Magician ( Dopod 818 ). The heaset works fine but I am still getting the caller's voice on Magician.

Does BT800 work with Magician ?

If so, how do I set it up so that during conversation the other party's voice will not come out of Magician ?

Thank you

Are you able to get caller ID on your BT800 headset ?

The only time I experienced that would be when, although the headset is paired to the phone, I answer an incoming call by pressing answer on the phone instead of pressing the answer button on the headset. Otherwise, my BT800 works fine for the voice.

However, if you still can, I would return your BT800 and get your money back because the caller ID does NOT work properly with the Magician. Check some other posts out about it but most people can not get caller ID displayed properly or at all.

I have Qtek S110 and Jabra 800.

Caller ID is working very interesting:
- if i do not have contact on s110 JAbra shows correct number on display.
And I can call this number from Jabra by selecting this number from list.

- if i have contact with name on s110 then Jabra shows this name (correctly), but after that i see in list "n/a" and can not call this from Jabra.

And maximum loudness level is not very good. :(
