Since New ROM 1.06 CALLER ID did not show pictures anymore ???

nore affected rings, same things ???

If you do a preview on CALLED ID when you affect a picture to a CALLER, the picture and the special ring will show and play

but after you close everything, and you ask the person to call you in order to verified, no pictures SHOW??

I did try several friends and all the same ??

Is that because I have a new version of caller ID 1.20 (build 18586 )

can someone help ?

OK I found the solution (myself)

Finally I browsed to IA caller Options from the main menu, then selected General. In the General screen, disabled (un-check) the Display Photo During Incoming or Waiting Call checkbox, selected Done to make it effective. Then, I repeated the same steps to enable (check) the Display photo During Incoming or Waiting call checkbox.

Since then I got a few calls with template displayed again.

I was also looking on how to disable IE CALLER (in order to install a substitute CALLER ID program)

here is how to do this :

Instructions for disabling IA Caller ID
(IA Caller ID is NOT Photo Contacts !!!):

Option #1

1. Open IA Caller ID

2. Press Menu>Options>General and un-check the "Display photo during incoming or waiting call" box.

Option #2

1. Open File Explorer on your Pocket PC

3. Browse to \Windows\StartUp\

4. Delete (or move) "IA_CID_Startup.exe"

5. Soft-reset the phone (turn-off, turn-on).

Does it use its own Caller ID software? I liked PocketX Photo Contscts because it has its own Caller ID module that replaces one we have in JAM. But I did not like the rest the programm does :) If they could do just Caller ID + assign pictures and ringtones I'd buy it.

Tried Sygic and didn't like it. I want to set my own pictures for incoming calls, not cartoons.
