Cant restore backup file

I had to perform a hard reset today after installing a crap piece of software, however now it will not allow me to restore my last backup, it gives a message to say that it was created on a different device but it wasnt?

Please someone help, I need my data back

choose the same reginal settings as in timezone as you did before thats teh typical reason behind the issues you have
