i was asked by my bro if he can trace calls on the xda2 using a program on the phone. i am unsure of this so if any ppl out there can help woudl appricate it a lot!

Are you referring to caller ID, this gives the number of the person calling, no good though if the number is witheld, or is he referring to tracking the actual phone.

the phone company know which tranciever people are connected to but i kinda doubt that they send that along to the person you call to
and if they dont do that the only place you can trace the phone is sitting at the cellphone operator system
