Unlock XDA IIi

Hello, I try to Unlock me xda from http://www.imei-check.co.uk/ and i try to enter bootloader but the .exe file can not connect! The firewall and the antivirus is disable!
Anyone knows how to do it!?

It's probably that you lost USB connection with your XdaIIi.
Try: Right click "My Computer" -> Properties - > Tab "Hadwares" - > Device Manager. Scroll to the bottom, right click Universal Serial Bus Controlers -> Scan for hardware changes
The Computer will recheck all USB Ports and may recognize your XdaIIi again. If It doesnt help. Try restart your computer and the Xda
