to all you kind people out there a warm hello.i need help regarding my xda. it seems that my rom wont load properly. first i tried a hard reset but no effect. then i i tried using the sd card bootloader method but it doesnt work either. i end up with just a white screen with the blue strip on top and the small keyboard at the lower right portion of the screen. does anyone know whats wrong with my xda and how to correct it. all suggestions would be really appreciated.thanks!

Are you sure your device is in right condition.
What happens when you try to enter the bootloader?
On the bootscreen you're getting some device information Which ROm, which radio stack ,...
Looks like:
R 4.01.12
.....
What are you getting here?

i see the tricolor screen(wallaby bootloader v5.17) that says wait then gsm error appears.

when i soft reset i get the o2 splash screen that has 3.20.06 at the bottom right screen then the letters G and R appear on top of that but no #s beside them.thats why i think the radio stack and rom got wiped out or wouldnt load.when i try to activesync my pc says that the xda malfunctioned and cant be recognized.what's happening to my device? its quite frustrating.i wish you could help me out to fix it.
