Extarct file problem.

I get a Os Image by OSImageTools and extract files by dumprom but extracted file differnt to file in devive . why?
for example i extract ril.dll in imate jam . this file size 25.5 KB but the device file is 27.5 KB.

most likely it's because the sectorsize of the harddisk on the computer have a size which cant fit a file without wasting a bit of memory
