What dose this mean?

evrey time I try to flash my rom I get an error messege
ERROR: GetConnectionType - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the rem
ote host.

error getting connectiontype


any clue I flashed it once with one I made from the kitchen and it worked ok now well you see the error any help would be great.

I'm nearly sure you have used a t-mobile ROM on your device. These ROM prohibit flashing with other version via active sync. You have to flash via bootloader and SD-Card.

well the one I had flashed to it was a 2003 final image i made in your lovely kitchen, By the way that is awsome peice of codeing. and it worked but I couldnt get it to take another, so I did the SD flash and downgraded back to a 2002 image and it workked and I did an active sync flash and put it back to 2003 lol but it seems when I put a 2003 image on it the only way for me to flash it again is to do the boot loader method. its kinda odd

Do you know of any tool to get better signal strength? like a hack to controll the out put of the radio?
