Hello,
I try to upgrade my Qtek1010 with same ROM (less loaded software) and everything looks fine and i got to STEP 5 but while getting there the Wizard ask me to HR for 60 Sec' and after doing so i need to reinsert the Qtek1010 to the Cradle again, BUT no success !
The ActiveSynce cannot recognize the USB and i check the Connection Settings from the ActiveSynce options and all COM1, COM3 ok except the USB that get errors...
I already try to change the USB input - no luck
I already try HR again - no luck
I already try SR - no luck
I already try to Cry... no luck !
I don't want to restart my PC because the Updating ROM is in the middle of the Wizard

the Qtek is working and coming up seems to all good the GSM working...
can someone HELP me ?
