Contacts from Palm Pilot to O2 XDA

Hi All,

I'm new to the O2 units. A freind just upgraded to a XDA II and gave me his old unit.

I'm trying to get all my Palm PDA contacts and memos from over to the XDA (Wallaby).

ANyone know how to do it ?

sync both with outlook sounds like the way to go
