O2 mini Ext-rom file

Hello,

I checked the Ext-rom has a bunch of file which I'm not sure what function it would do. Is there any place we I can check each file functional and what it's use for ?
(Especially which file after install would able to run O2 plus)

additionally, I run my mobile operator specific CAB file to install all the gSM/gprs settings

and I have no problem using Phone, MMS, and running O2 specific software such as O2plus.
