Hi,
Would like som help.

1) How in the world do I use voice commanding/dialing on my s100. Do I need to download something or should it be installed already?

2) I got my unit two days ago and my ExtROM is 1.06.116 WWE. Shouldn´t there be swedish T9 on the phone pad? Can´t seem to get it working...

For your first question : You've got to buy and install a software named Microsoft Voice Command
There's only 3 languages supported : English, French and German
