Aaarggghhh QTEK 9090 dead during 1.40 rom upgrade

Aarrrgghhh... panic... I have editfix 1.40 rom for BA and start installation.. then my Qtek 9090 is dead.. and I have a 101 DEVICE error.. after some panic I started official italian rom upgrade and it'uploading now... any ideas please? can I re-try with the upgrade, I was wrong or something else???

problem resolved with a second time... but what a fear.. now with 1.40 rom this strange G icon always on... it seems I'm downloading, in 1.22.04 was always off...
