Hi all - I have stumbled over your site a number of times trying to solve this problem. I have had my QTEK for about 18 months and recently purchased some new software but without knowing that this software does not run on WM2002 which is what I have. My ROM version (3.18.04 ENG) is not even listed in you registration page but I would really like to update this so that I can make use of this software (especially Voice Command).
I have tried to make sense of the messages in this news group, and I tried the XDATools (couldn't get a proper download - corrupted) and the rom kitchens but never even get as far as a successful download.
I am very clueless when it comes to code etc so would love some ABC type assistance on what needs to be done. I don't know if it makes any difference but I have 265MB SD card
