Your SIM card has no application installed

I have this not note evry time i reset my compact "Your SIM card has no application installed". Evrything works ok.
Does anybody now how to remove this not?

This also happens with me whenever I soft-reset the device after it hangs!
When I reset the device normally thru software, it won't show!

I donno why it appears! everything just works fine after this msg shows up.. :?

Go to \windows\startup folder, and delete STK shortcut there.
