Stylus doesn't work, fingers do!

A colleagues Qtek 9090 has suddenly stopped responding to the stylus, but will respond to a finger push. Any suggestions as to what has happened?

hey same thing happened to my o2s no clue why and how i did re alline it works while i m allining it but after the phone is setup the screen is all messedup only works with fingers - i guess my o2s loves getting fingered lol haha ny solution plz let me know

See if any hair/paper/debris is stuck around the edges of the screen where it meets the case of the unit. I had a Samsung i700 and had problems aligning and responding because a piece of hair under the lip of the case at the screen's edge was interfering with the touch-screen.

hey i upgraded the rom and radio and it started working i also cleaned the edges so i dont know what helped but yeah its working now see if upgrading helps
