XDA - Slow operation

i have 2 02 XDAs (don't ask!).

They both are at the same ROM revision (2.17.03), both PW10A1s. I have several problems (see subsequent posts) which may be related.

This post refers to a pretty significant disparity in performance. One device boots quite smartly, menus pop OK and I'm generally OK with it. The device, takes ages to boot, has sluggish menu operation (4-5 secs to pop) etc.

Any ideas? Is it possible that the processor is clocking at a different rate?

The devices that runs so slow, is this the device where the upgrade of the Radio Stack failed?
Than this is the problem....

Or with the "disabled" USB

Than try definitly a hard reset.
What happens when you soft reset the device. On the bootscreen there shoul appear somethink like:

G 3254S
R 4.21.00
U 3.17.03

What are you getting here?

Same problem here. I performed several SD-card-installations, but no solution.

On the front screen I see only

It looks like you got a failed radio stack upgrade...

I think so - but nobody yet has a solution for this problem :-((

I´m wondering because there are several friends with same problems after doing Rom-Cooking.
