how i get a write permission on the ftp server?

ROM Backup is a huge file with about 128 MB .......

Until now never flashed my device with any ROM. But i think i would preffer the one with the big storage....

Donīt know what are the imporvements of the new ROM, so it could be also the case, that i flash the "old" "cracked" T-Mobile ROM....

Now I flashd my Mdac and it works perfect!

at the Moment I'm uping a smaler Version of my SD-Card to the ftp.
So wie have a 128 Mbyte VPA_german_1.11.01.nb1 in the
Magician\upload area.
I'll hope Anansky has time to flash and modify a Big Storage-File?

Ok. Moved your Uploadfile to the Vodafone DE Directory and replaced the huge file......

Hi,

I need some help. I downloaded the new VPAc Rom files. Made a backup of my German Rom. Kopied the first 416 Bytes from mine to the Vodaphone one with Hex Editor. Wrote the new file to sd-card. Got the checksum error which I ignored and bootloaded the new file into my MDAc. Got again checksum error. Also ignored.

When I now try to softreset or hardreset my MDAc all I get is the red Vodaphone bootup splash screen.

Reloaded my German T-Mobile 1.01 Rom and tried the big file. Same result.

Can anybody help?

I had the same problems. I have tried to flash the MDAc from my collegue, which had installed the Qtek WWE ROM 1.11. After some unsucessfull flashes we had a sucessfull one - but after the softreset, the Qtek splash screen does appear again and also the WWE OS was flashed.
Any ideas???
