Trying to remove icons from today screen? Help.

Being really stupid here but....
...I just put the special edition xda-developers ROM on my machine a few days ago and it has put all the relevant icons on my today screen.

Some of these are very useful and are great apps, however I would like to remove some of them from the desktop/today screen but keep them on the machine. How do I go about doing this?

You can do this in the Options from the today plugin.....


Settings -> today -> ?elements? -> .....

Excellent, nice one mate cheers - still trying to get used to this os my last was a symbian based jobbie and this, although better, is taking some getting used to.
