Please help me ! I got a problem when I upgrading ROM mini

When I start upgrading ROM (Qtek 1.11.00 final) my mini struck at boot loader screen and my PC struck at

"Checking the information from your device...please wait...
Don't disconnect your device from PC or power supply until
the upgrade is completed "

I have strucked at this screen for an hour

what should I do ? Please help me :cry: . Thank You

I think you have not disabled the activesync USB connection yet. Do so, and reconnect your mini to your laptop/pc via USB again. then run the installation program again, u should be alright.

I've tried this and I'm still stuck in the opening screen. Any other advice?

1. first mini must be in bootloader mode (screen will show serial)
2. disable USB in activesync, plug mini to USB cable (new hardware detection should occur and mini screen will show USB instead)
3. USB cable direct connect to laptop/pc..dun use USB hub..

should work..
