I have a PDA2k and have several problems with it. Obviously at this point I've lost any hope that Imate will come up with a new ROM to fix these issues so now I am looking at "cooking" my own ROM for my phone. I am a newbie when it comes to this so I am looking for a little help here to guide me on what to do. I apologize if any of this has been asked already.

Anyway, here are my details
PDA2K
Rom: 1.22.00 WWE
Radio: 1.06.00
ExtRom: 1.22.162 WWE
Bluetooth: 3900, which has caused more problems than it has solved for me

Issues:
1. Bluetooth - When I add a headset to my device, and then have bluetooth OFF, and I am using the phone itself to talk, about 50% of the time if the phone rings I can't hear the other person but they can hear me. Basically the phone tries to use the bluetooth headset even though I have it off. The only way I can make this not happen is to delete the bluetooth headset from my devices in bluetooth manager, and the problem goes away. Of course this pretty makes bluetooth useless on my phone. Now that I have installed the 3900 stack, I am getting other errors when I trying to go to bluetooth manager at times, as well as other programs. Probably should re-install old bluetooth stack at some point.

2. WiFi - Works fine most of the time, though about 1 out of every 5 times when I try to turn it it on it shuts off GPRS but never turns on Wifi and just sits there.

Forgot to mention I am with T-Mobile in US if that matters.

So with this information can anyone assist me with what ROM/files/etc. I should install on this phone so it will function better? I am technically capable, but have no experience as "cooking" this device so with a little help I should be able to do this. Thanks in advance for your help!!
