unlocking sx 56 with XDA-developers-SER-v12 ROM PROBLEM

I get this message:

“XDA-developers-SER-v12 is not a valid Pocket PC Application”

when i try to run it from my phone, what have I done wrong?

Just run the file on your PC. It will flash your phone via Active Sync.....
