Can Dopod 818 (XDAII Mini) rom CHS upgarade to rom WWE? How?

Can I upgrade my Dopod 818 from CHS rom to WWE rom ? How ?

I have exactly the same question! Any help would be greatly appreciated =)
I've done some searching and some people have said that it's OK, but i can't find where i can get the ROMs from the imate site.. the ftp site also has kinda confusing names for the files so i don't know which one can be used.

Look for ID64's message.


1. Basically, just extract the rom file in a folder.
U will see 3 nbf files w/ other files.

1. nk.nbf <= the OS rom
2. ms_.nbf <= extended rom software rom
3. Radio.nbf <= radio rom

2. U can replace or remove the nbf file from other rom (eg: 1.10 radio from USA rom)

3. uncheck all connection check box in Active Sync

4 put the MaUpgradeUt.exe in the folder

5. put the magician in boot loader mode by camera + power + soft reset button

6. run the MaUpgradeUt.exe
