My TMobile pocket pc phone edition (sx-56) won't soft, or hard reset. It hangs on the "welcome to TMobile" screen. There is some red lettered text in the lower right hand corner that says:

G324e4
R6.25.02
4.01.16

When I press the on/off switch at the same time as the hard reset switch I get a tri-colored screen that says:

WALLABY
Bootloader
V5.22

GSM OK

And it will hang on that screen too. Any ideas??

Thanks!

That looks quite normal. No problem with this output....

When I press the on/off switch at the same time as the hard reset switch I get a tri-colored screen that says:

Are you sure? Normaly you enter the bootloader by pressing soft reset and power button. Have you tired a "normal" hard reset? You have to unscrew your pen and put the small pin into the little hole down under the earphone connector. This had to be done twice.

WALLABY
Bootloader
V5.22

GSM OK

And it will hang on that screen too.

In bootloader mode this is normal too.....

Here you can get further information on it.

If the hard reset do not work for you i would suggest to flash the ROM again. How this can be done could be read here:
