One dumb question (but i need to ask it)

HOW DO I TURN OFF MY PHONE!!!!. i need to turn the power off completely so i can prompt my dual sim to change to the other sim.

when i press the power but it seems to do 3 things

turn the backlight off
turn the backlight on
turns the phone off but in standby mode (ie as soon as i touch another button it comes on again)

If I do a soft reset while the phone is in this standby mode sometimes it will change the sim but most of the time it won’t

Uhm, just a quick thought:
What about turning on and off flight mode (which normaly disables the phone part)?

cheers mate that seems to work!!! it one of those y didn't i think of that moments.

now i can start cutting up my sim cards to fit in this device
