New XDA 2s dead - won't start

Bought a new XDA 2s from Ebay, unlocked. The phone just won't start. Even with new replacement battery.

Everyone else encounter this before? :X kinda bothering but gonna send back to seller.

Is there still any warranty from O2 when the XDA 2s is unlocked? Seller said he will sort it out...

give the seller a chance to fix it don't just give him a badfeed back i hate when peeps do that.

do you get anything when you power the xda red light etc.

Well it used to have light when I put in the charger with the replacement battery but now there's no light with neither of the battery when i put the charger in...
