Upgrade Rom in Tmobile MDA, were can I find it and how to do

I bought a second-hand Tmobile MDA; it’s unlocked and I want to put it on Vodaphone. But before I do that I would like to upgrade the ROM in it. It has Rom ver. 1.01.00WWE, Radio ver. 1.00.10, Protocol 1337.36. ExtROM ver. is blank. So can any one help with were and how I can do this.

Maybe I am wrong but does it not say UPGRADING.

It is not a Blueangle, it's the Imate Jam model.
